How the EC4-CAB System Works
Step 1: Water flows through RainSoft Great Lakes Water Treatment’s durable control valve and enters the resin tank.
Step 2: Hardness minerals are captured via ion exchange resin. An optional carbon bed further polishes the water for enhanced clarity and taste.
Step 3: Fully conditioned water exits through the riser pipe and is distributed throughout your home.
Step 4: At preset intervals, the system regenerates using salt (or optional potassium chloride) to flush retained minerals, resetting the system for continued performance.
